Refund and Return Policy

At Rick & Rod Golf Supplies, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring the best possible experience for our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our refund and return policy below:

Refunds:

  1. We offer refunds for products returned within 3 days  of the original purchase date.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all refund requests.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  5. Return costs are not covered by supplier 

Returns:

  1. We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  2. Customers must notify us of any defects or damages within 10 days of receiving the product.
  3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rickandrod.co.nz to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted or processed.
  5. Once the return is approved, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging.
  6. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
  2. Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  1. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs:

  1. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
